Annette Hammerich

Annette is an executer and a great people manager. She can maintain a clear focus and motivate and lead an organization in the right direction even under enormous pressure. She is not afraid of taking on tasks where she needs to work up-hill in new unfamiliar areas. Annette is always trying to improve ways of working by optimizing time, cost & quality in the projects she is involved in.

Annette was the main architect behind the design, development and implementation of the Sure Step – extended methodology that we use on all our international projects today.
