International Project Controller/Accountant

We are looking for a team player with the right set of academic skills. You might have finished your education within the last few years and are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and a career in an international environment.  

The primary part of your job is related to project reporting, controlling and daily accounting and will be performed in corporation with our international project managers and our finance team.  

Your Responsibilities  

Engage and support Pipol, our partners and customers with: 

• Project reporting & invoicing  
• Project controlling of budget & scope changes  
• Creating subcontractor contracts & purchase orders to our partners 

• Posting of partner invoices 
• Responsibel for electronic archiving of vendor invoices 
• Accounting in NAV including posting of cost invoices 
• Reconsiliation of vendor accounts and finance accounts 

Your Qualifications 

Our ideal candidate is a self-driven business oriented person, with a positive “team-player” attitude and has the following qualifications:  

• Ability to “see beyond figures” 
• A self-motivated and proactive person   
• Strong analytic and numeric skills  

• Good IT skills and experience with (NAV, Excel e.g.) 
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English  
• An educational background as Project/Financial Controller or similar combined with relevant work experience.
